Vallen’s Black Employee Resource Group—known as BERG—is led by a diverse committee of Vallen associates, who will identify opportunities and topics that will help advance Black associates and allies, and drive results through encouraging candid conversations. 

Membership in BERG is open to all Vallen associates, with the goal of building relationships that enhance understanding, equity, and allyship.
